Which payment methods do you accept?

Livingspace accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, WeChat Pay and Union Pay as well as financing options through PayPlan by RBC and PayBright by Affirm. At this time we do not accept prepaid debit or other credit cards online. Please contact us

Will I be charged taxes?

Livingspace will charge the taxes of the jurisdiction where the product(s) is delivered.

When will I get my order?

For our in stock Ready-to-Ship items, we typically ship within 3-5 business days (excluding in-transit time). All other orders are considered Made to Order and can take 4-16 weeks to produce and ship from our suppliers. See our Shipping + Delivery Po

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer Free Shipping in Canada on most orders. Exceptions include deliveries to some rural locations (click here to see our remote delivery policy), and orders under $250 which are subject to a $25 handling fee.

Does my purchase come with a warranty?

Each supplier offers their own proprietary warranty. For further clarification on warranty for a specific product, please contact us at [email protected]. All Herman Miller task chairs come with a 12 year warranty.

What happens if my product is delivered damaged?
