For shipping addresses within 30km of our Vancouver warehouse:

All products that shown stock level on their product page are ready-to-ship. Products are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days of your order. 

Items that are in-stock will be indicated on their product page. You can find the stock level above the "Add to Cart" button.

For shipping addresses beyond 30km of our Vancouver warehouse:

Only products of Alessi, Kartell, and Magis are ready-to-ship. These products are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days of your order. 

Products from other brands are considered made-to-order and will be shipped directly from manufacturer. In this case, there will be production lead time. While lead time is manufacturer-specific, most of the items range from 1-16 weeks.
