What is the lead time for ready-to-ship items?Updated 11 days ago

If a product is in stock and your shipping address is within 30km of our Vancouver warehouse, we typically ship it within 3-5 business days (transit time not included) of your order.

Please not that orders with a shipping address beyond 30km of our Vancouver warehouse are considered made-to-order except products from Kartell, Alessi, and Magis. There will be manufacturer lead time for products from other brands. While lead time is manufacturer-specific, most of the items range from 1-16 weeks.
