The majority of Made-To-Order products ship directly from the manufacturers' facilities free of charge and are shipped by designated freight carriers, depending on the target destination. Knoll and Herman Miller orders are shipped by Western Logistics. 10-15 business days after the ship date, Western Logistics will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. 

Ready-to-Ship items typically ship within 3-5 business days of your order. Larger items will be locally delivered at no additional cost within 30 km (depending on the product) from our warehouse location.

If you are interested in receiving a quote for ready-to-ship products from our warehouse to your location, please contact us at online@livingspace.com.

Our logistics team will be in contact to determine a set date and time window for receiving your order. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.

Smaller items are often sent via courier. We will provide tracking information once the item ships.
