The majority of Made-To-Order products ship directly from the manufacturers' facilities free of charge and are shipped by designated freight carriers, depending on the target destination. Knoll and Herman Miller orders are shipped by Western Logistics. 10-15 business days after the ship date, Western Logistics will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. 

Ready-to-Ship items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Larger items will be locally delivered at no additional cost within 50 or 120 km (depending on the product) from our warehouse locations .

Our logistics team will be in contact to determine a set date and time window for receiving your order. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.

Smaller items are often sent via courier. We will provide tracking information once the item ships.
