If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days of receipt. Some restrictions apply, see below.
Prior to returning your item please contact us at [email protected] as all returns must be pre-authorized. Please provide your name, order number and the product you wish to return.
Please Note: Any item returned without approval will be refused and returned to sender.
- Ready-To-Ship products in original condition with original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Made-To-Order products cannot be changed, returned and/or cancelled beyond 72 hours of original purchase date.
- Any opened and installed lighting cannot be returned.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable and non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, minus applicable return shipping costs. The balance will be refunded to your original form of payment. Any item returned in unsellable condition will be subject to additional charges.
Please ship all authorized returns to our showroom address accompanied by original receipt.
