Made-to-Order Items

Orders with a shipping addresses beyond 30km of our Vancouver warehouse are considered made-to-order. Made-to-order products cannot be changed, returned and/or cancelled beyond 72 hours of original purchase date. 

Ready-to-Ship Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days of receipt. 

Prior to returning your item, please contact us at [email protected] as all returns must be pre-authorized. Please provide your order number and the product you wish to return.

Please Note: Any item returned without approval will be refused and returned to sender.

Below items are not eligible for returns:

• Products that do not in its original condition with original packaging.
• Return request made beyond 7 days of receipt.
• Any opened and installed lighting cannot be returned. 
• Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable and non-refundable.

Please ship all authorized returns to our showroom address accompanied by original receipt. Please note that customers are responsible to ship their items back to our showroom. Return shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable.

Once we have received your item back, we will check it for damage and if everything looks good we will then issue a refund to your original form of payment.
