If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for one of equal or lesser value within 7 days of receipt. Some restrictions apply, see below.

Prior to returning your item please contact us at [email protected] as all exchanges must be pre-authorized. Please provide your name, order number and the product you wish to exchange. 

Please Note: Any item returned without approval will be refused and returned to sender.

  • Ready-To-Ship products in original condition with original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
  • Made-To-Order products cannot be exchanged, returned and/or cancelled beyond 72 hours of original purchase date. 
  • Any opened and installed lighting cannot be exchanged.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not exchangeable, returnable and non-refundable.

In certain instances, the item may no longer be available for purchase due to discontinuation or being sold out. If this occurs, we will offer an alternative that closely matches the original item. If we cannot provide a suitable replacement within a reasonable range, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable. Any item returned in unsellable condition will be subject to additional charges.

Please ship all authorized exchanges to our showroom address accompanied by original receipt.
