Giveaway Contest Rules
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Livingspace Interiors are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The contest begins at 12:00 AM on November 8, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM on January 5, 2024. All entries must be submitted within this timeframe to be eligible.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the web form provided, including their full name and valid email address. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Blu Dot Hot Mesh Lounge Chair in Natural Yellow (retail value: $490.00 CDN). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted with other items.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be chosen through a random drawing held on January 7, 2025. The selected winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, another winner may be selected.
Claiming the Prize: The winner may be required to provide valid identification and/or sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release before receiving the prize.
General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Livingspace Interiors, which are final and binding in all respects. Livingspace Interiors reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
